Seariously Good Food provides catering services for events including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, private parties, and other special occasions in the Sacramento area. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking and Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your event date. The deposit amount and payment terms will be specified in your catering agreement. Deposits are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period provided. Please refer to your specific catering agreement for detailed cancellation terms.

5. Payment Terms

Final payment is typically due prior to the event date as specified in your catering agreement. We accept various forms of payment which will be communicated during the booking process.

6. Guest Count and Menu Changes

Final guest counts and menu selections are typically required a specified number of days before your event. Changes after this deadline may result in additional charges or may not be possible depending on the nature of the request.

7. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. While we take precautions to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

8. Limitation of Liability

Seariously Good Food shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific event in question.
